Buying VS Renting
This weekend was a busy weekend. One of my friend visited me from New Jersey and we were going around and meeting lot of our common friends. It was fun to see all these guys who I lost touch with. Every one of them has bought a house. Now my thought about buying a house is back. Few months back I started looking into it and decided that it is too expensive to get a house at this point, but after talking to my friends looks like may be I can afford a condo or a townhouse somewhere. Well I am starting to think about it now. It totally makes sense to buy a house than renting it, but why am I not doing it?? I guess it the commitment (financial) problem and the fear that I will be tied down financially for sometime.

Nice to see another product of you on your website. This dilemma will always be there like buy or lease dilemma. But I belive buying is better than renting. U will be proud owner of the place u stay in. And since u dont move around often, u dont have the inconvience of disposing off when u need to shift. And I believe the house carries some decent resale value too, which may come in handy if at all u pack your bags once for all. The best thing is your parents will be proud that u have provided them a very good house here and u too will be staying in your own house, something they wish u do. Keep on adding assets.
